What are the delivery fees ?
Delivery fees vary based on the destination. Express delivery is free with all orders of 150$ and more delivered in Canada. Express delivery is also available for orders under 150$ at your own charge.
What are the delivery delays ?
Delays vary based on the delivery method chosen and the destination. For standard delivery, the delay is 4 to 7 business days for Canada and the United States and 6 to 10 days for the international, once the package has left our warehouse.
For orders with express delivery, delays are 1 to 2 business days for Canada, 2 to 3 days for the United States and 4 to 5 days for the international, once the package has left our warehouse.
How can I follow my package delivery status ?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. A tracking number will be provided with a link to follow the delivery status of your package.
Can I use a delivery address different from the billing address ?
Yes, just uncheck the box ‘’delivery at the same address’’ to enter a different delivery address.
Can I have different items of a same order delivered at several addresses ?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. All items of a same order must be delivered at the same address.

What is Out of Bounds’ Return & Refund Policy ?

Once we receive the item in good condition, we will refund in the same form as the original payment. Return fees are at your own charge.

Before the payment basket, you will see a space to enter your promo code or your gift card number. Once the code is entered, the total amount of your order will be adjusted.
